My goal behind the chair is to provide the best experience for my guests to not only make your time in our chair enjoyable, relaxing and unforgettable but to have you taken care of until you are craving to be back for your next visit.
In Order to provide the best care to everyone please review my policies prior to booking your service.
To Best Prepare For Your Appointment
Come with a clean pallet, no matter what service you are coming for be sure to come with clean, dry hair to give the best opportunity to assess your hair needs and achieve your hair goals.
Allow enough time, Please prepare for the length of your appointment and allow this time for you to relax and enjoy your service,
the best work goes un-rushed.
Bring your calendar, the best way to guarantee a spot in my chair is to plan ahead, when checking out I m highly recommend you pre-book your next visit to allow the best care and routine for your hair and to keep on your preferred schedule.
Cancellation Policy
I understand sometimes things come up, however to ensure sustainability and mutual respect to my clients and my business I require a
MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS OF CANCELLATION FOR ALL SERVICES
Please give me a text or call at 306-550-1961, an email to dbuckshaw.hair@gmail.com or use the online booking system in order to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
Failing to cancel within the 24 hour window may result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service you were booked to receive to which must be paid prior to booking another service. No Shows or failing to cancel your appointment are subject to a 100% no show fee of the service you were booked to receive. No services are to be booked or rescheduled until all outstanding payments are settled.
We reserve the right to refuse service to those that do not comply.
My Promise
I take pride in doing my best to help you achieve the hair of your dreams but I understand sometimes things don't turn out as expected. It is my goal to have every guest feel beautiful, happy and valued, if there is something you are not loving with your recent service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment and I will do my best to schedule you in as soon as possible to make any adjustments and work with you to make it right.
Please note all Hair extensions, Hair Products and Hair Services are non refundable and final sale.
